These Handmade Natural Cotton Bed Mattresses are beautifully manufactured using a Unique blend of Lambswool, Pure Cotton and Poly-Cotton to give added spring, we use a tough natural wool outer cover with soft felt bed-tufts stitched through the mattress to hold all fillings tightly in place.

A comfortable, durable and supportive mattress for use on futon bases e.g Shiki bed base  or any bed frame, every night use bed mattress with a firm rating giving good support.

These Futons represent the best Cotton Futons available in the Uk, if you require a futon mattress thicker than this, then you need to reconsider, if its a futon you really require ! as these are the thickest and most dense cotton futons available, we would suggest you take a close look at our new Pocket sprung mattresses "Cotton Tempo" which are Chemical free also and use the same cotton on the top layers as our Authentic Futon.
