Very tardy at putting this review online as was almost a year ago. Funky Futon provided superb customer service, turning the order around in three days to deliver before the weekend we had guests coming. The sofa is excellent quality, very heavy (but tall enough to vacuum underneath thankfully) and I expect it to last many years. I have slept on it and can confirm I had a good night's sleep as have several guests. It is also a comfortable sofa!

Not only is the sofa bed itself super comfortable (as either a sofa or a bed) and well made, it was also built very quickly and sent out to me at an even faster clip (had guests coming over and needed it ASAP, and they were really able to put a rush on things). It's far better than anything else you'll get from furniture shops (for a similar--or even higher--price), and a million times better than any sofa bed I have slept on. Definitely a great purchase!

Apologies as I am 2 yrs late doing this review. Nevertheless - in that time, the Hereford we purchased has had significant use. It is extremely comfortable both as a sofa and as a sofa bed, it is a high quality piece of furniture, and it is better value than anything similar. Thanks to Andy for showing us around the workshop prior to our purchase; the delivery & assembly team were also great.
