The Oxford Futon
The Original style futon frame supplied with our premium Tri fold Cotton Deluxe Futon Mattress, the frame is supplied assembled for easy set up in your home, this is not the usual junk online futon with thin cheap wool felt fillings and basic frame flat pack frame.
The Oxford is NOT like most cheap online frames, this handmade base, will be solid for many years, because we machine and screw it together to last longer, we will "never" make frames above 4ft without a central support, this is basic good joinery on a two seat futon sofa bed.
Use this frame and futon mattress to provide seating and sleeping for guests, you will find this very comfortable as a guest bed and many more will be happy with this as a permanent bed, but we suggest, talking to us if you need to use as your full time bed, as we are one of the last Hand Made Futon Company's in the UK offering frames and futon mattresses made locally and not cheap imported frames requiring time and skill to assemble correctly.
The Natural Cotton Fibres and the right design of mattress central core is used to protect continual folding, When used as sofa and bed, your mattress will be more comfortable, and last longer.

Oxford Trifold Pine Futon
It's perfect! Very comfy, really good quality, and super helpful customer service with it. I love the green cover colour, the finishing on the base is really lovely (the ends of the slats have no sharp edges - everthing is beautifully shaped / smoothed off), and the mattress feels like really good quality while also being manageable for folding out and back into a bed (I got the king size option). I also got added 'futo-flex' springs as this is my everyday bed.
Great Service
Funky Futon cut our Oxford Trifold down for our small bedroom and it fits perfectly. It won't get used a lot and it seems ideal for our requirements. The service was very personal and friendly and the product was delivered and installed very promptly. We can strongly recommend them.

I love my funky futon, it is so comfortable, I got a different mattress because I am using it as a permanent bed, and when I rang them they were very helpful and knowledgeable so I could get the right bed for me, if I could have rated them higher I would have done.
Oxford Pine Futon
I bought this in gun metal grey cotton drill to match the Ketton small double sofa bed I purchased from the same company some years ago. I also own a Ketton small single bed with authentic cotton mattress. I need good support as I have a condition where one side of my body is slightly shorter than the other and those products deliver that. I am grateful to Andrew for his excellent advice and support on the products.
